Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. yyy777 is not liable for losses arising from failure to maintain accurate account details.

yyy777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration, at any point during account operation, or before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, PRC ID, or driver's license issued by the LTO. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by yyy777 may result in account restriction.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on yyy777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific product or promotion. yyy777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability:

The minimum deposit on yyy777 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. yyy777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which yyy777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own verified name — are strictly prohibited.

yyy777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. In such cases, yyy777 will notify the Player by registered email and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

yyy777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, together with the following general conditions:

1. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal may be requested. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
2. Eligible games for meeting wagering requirements vary by promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward the requirement. The contribution percentage of each game category is published in the promotion terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the promotion terms — typically within 7 to 30 days of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

5. Bonuses are offered to Players for their personal entertainment and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. yyy777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to the requirements of applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Section 6

Game Rules, Betting Conduct, and Voided Wagers

Players on yyy777 must conduct themselves in accordance with all applicable game rules, which are published within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all yyy777 products:

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the yyy777 system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player.

Section 8

Account Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

yyy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
2. Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
3. Evidence that the Player is under 21 years of age.
4. Registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
5. Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
6. Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
7. Chargeback initiated against a yyy777 deposit transaction without prior resolution attempt through yyy777 customer support.
8. Conduct that yyy777 reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Where an account is terminated for cause, yyy777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes in the Player's favour, any legitimately-won funds (net of Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. yyy777 will provide written reasons for any termination decision upon request submitted to support within 30 days of the termination notice.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the yyy777 Platform — including but not limited to: the yyy777 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces supplied by yyy777 proprietary products, text, graphics, icons, and promotional materials — is the property of yyy777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any yyy777 Platform content without express prior written consent from yyy777.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyy777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yyy777 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond yyy777's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, natural disasters, government action, or PAGCOR regulatory directions).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their yyy777 login credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on any information, statistics, or data published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits yyy777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

yyy777 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Section 12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through yyy777's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.

The yyy777 Platform is operated and licensed under PAGCOR's jurisdiction. Players who are dissatisfied with yyy777's dispute resolution outcome may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint process.

Section 13

Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: yyy777's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the yyy777 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and yyy777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Language: These Terms are published in English, which shall be the authoritative language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language original.
