Sharing Your Personal Data

Section 10

Your Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data held by yyy777:

yyy777 will respond to all valid data subject requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is particularly complex or numerous, yyy777 may extend this period by a further 30 days, with written notice to the requesting party.
